Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Andrew Kramer, a former broker with Capitol Securities Management. He was also previously affiliated with Northeast Securities in Brooklyn, New York. The firms must also take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies. If firms fail to do so, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
Kramer was registered with Lehman Brothers, Brenner Securities Corp, Smith Barney, Painewebber, MJ Whitman, Northeast Securities and Capitol Securities Management in Brooklyn, New York from September 2014 until May 2016. He has six customer disputes against him, two of which are currently pending. He has been barred from the industry, according to his BrokerCheck report on FINRA’s website.
