Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Angela Ostendarp, a former broker with Wells Fargo in North Carolina. She was accused of misrepresenting material facts related to an investment which resulted in the client being involved in a margin loan for five years. She was also accused of recommending an unsuitable investment. Ostendarp was registered with Wachovia Brokerage Service in Winston Salem, North Carolina from April 1994 until February July 2001, Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee, Wisconsin from August 2001 until September 2001, Northwestern Mutual Investment Services in Milwaukee from August 2001 until September 2001 and Wachovia Securities in Charlotte, North Carolina from September 2001 until June 2002. She is currently registered with Wells Fargo Advisors in Charlotte and has been since June 2002. She has two customer disputes against her, both of which are currently pending.
