Mike Mungovan began practicing law in 2020 after graduating from Chicago-Kent College of Law. His experience in litigation is wide-ranging and he has handled everything from serious injury cases, multi-state litigation on behalf of a Fortune 100 company, and high dollar value securities fraud. Currently, Mike specializes in cryptocurrency related cases, including cases involving the unauthorized takeover of cryptocurrency accounts.

Mike is a true litigator having extensive experience from case opening to securing a verdict. Mike has secured several important victories for clients in the cryptocurrency space already, overcoming motions to dismiss in cases against the largest cryptocurrency exchanges and telecommunications companies in the world, forcing those companies to give Mike’s clients their “day in court.”
