Bruce Michael Weinstein, a former Sterne Agee broker, was recently barred by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He was accused of converting $2,605 of firm funds by submitting false expense reports and accepting reimbursements from his firm for the ineligible expenses. Weinstein allegedly sold football tickets to a third party, sought reimbursement for them, and never attended the game. He then submitted false reports. This is against securities rules and regulations, and his former firm, Sterne Agee, can be sued in the FINRA arbitration forum on a contingency fee basis to recover losses. The call to us at 312-332-4200 is free with no obligation and there is a statute of limitations on most cases, so please call as soon as possible.

Weinstein was registered with Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities, IDS Life Insurance Company, American Express , Linsco/Private Ledger, The Investment Center, Wachovia Securities, RBC Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley and Sterne Agee Financial Services in Boca Raton, Florida from November 2014 until November 2016. He has five customer disputes against him and has been permanently barred from the industry.
