In 2017, he was terminated with Morgan Stanley “regarding registered representative’s conduct with regards to the use of discretionary trading without written authorization and conduct related to a customer complaint.” He also allegedly churned accounts and recommended unsuitable products. Churning investments is a particularly egregious transgression because it can result in large commissions for the broker and unnecessary fees for the client.
