Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Marcus Farquhar, a representative with Global Capital Corp. Farquhar is accused of making misrepresentations regarding his employment over the telephone and fax to a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) member firm that included changing the addresses of clients, requesting distributions for them, updating information and restoring online access. During the time, Farquhar claimed to be a representative of Global Capital Corp., when, in fact, he was employed and associated with Libery Partners Financial Services. For this, he was suspended from associating with any FINRA firms for 30 days and was fined $7,500.

Farquhar was employed with First Global Capital Corp in Edna, Texas from October 1994 until December 2012 and Liberty Partners Financial Services in Bakersfield, California from January 2013 until February 2014. He is not currently licensed within the industry. If you lost money with Marcus Farquhar, please call our securities law firm at 312-332-4200 to speak with an attorney.
