Stoltmann Law Offics is investigating Terry W. Burcin, a registered representative with MML Investors Services, who entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Allegedly in February and March 2010, Burcin named himself as the soliciting registered representative on three customer variable annuity applications. Burcin was not actually involved in the sale of the annuities, nor had he ever met the clients. He did receive compensation for the sales he did not conduct, in the amount of $8,800 in commissions. FINRA suspended Burcin from the industry for 10 days and fined him $5,000.
Burcin was registered with MML Investors Services in Glen Allen, Virginia since August 2007. He has no customer disputes against him. If you would like to sue MML Investors Services for failing to properly supervise Terry W. Burcin, please call our Chicago-based law offices at 312-332-4200. We can help you recover investment losses you may have suffered because of Terry W. Burcin.
