Michael Wilder, a broker based in South Carolina with Raymond James, has received a resolved or pending customer dispute. He was accused of making unsuitable investment recommendations, misrepresenting material facts, acting negligently, breaching fiduciary duty and violating South Carolina Securities law as well as federal securities law. In a separate complaint, he was accused of misrepresenting material facts related to an investment.
