According to a recent Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), David Guensch was accused of falsifying an annuity withdrawal form by copying and pasting a customer’s prior signature. This is against securities rules and regulations. Guensch was registered with Morison Securities, Integrated Resources Equity Corp, Lombard Securities Inc., American Portfolios Financial Services, Voya Financial Advisors in Orefield, Pennsylvania from August 2006 until July 2015 and LPL Financial. He is currently registered with Lombard Securities Inc. in Orefield and has been since September 2016.
