According to a recent Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Evans Fomunyoh was accused of engaging in outside business activity while associated with Wells Fargo. He did not disclose this information to his firm. Fomunyoh allegedly engaged in a business activity of Kee Cleaners by being the sole proprietor and manager of the dry cleaning business. For this, he was fined $5,000 and suspended for two months. This is against securities rules and regulations. According to his online FINRA BrokerCheck report, Mr. Fomunyoh was registered with Wells Fargo in Middleton, Wisconsin from March 2011 until June 2015.
