
Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Marco Antonio Daniel, who recently entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Daniel is accused of borrowing $19,015 from a firm customer, and between August 2009 and June 2010, allegedly engaging in outside business activities. These are both against securities rules and regulations. For this, he was suspended from the industry for four months. According to his online BrokerCheck report, Daniel has been registered with PFS Investments since October 2005. He has one customer dispute against him.
