Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Greg Hilliard, a registered representative with Toussaint Capital Partners in Freehold, New Jersey. Hilliard has received two regulatory sanctions and two customer complaints from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He allegedly executed a trade without pre-approval from a client, in violation of firm policy when he was registered with Morgan Stanley, and also executed an unauthorized trade. While registered with JB Hanauer & Company, he misrepresented and recommended unsuitable municipal securities. These are against securities rules and regulations. Hilliard’s firm, Toussaint Capital Partners, can be held responsible for investment losses, as it had a duty to reasonably supervise him while employed there. Hilliard was registered with Buckman, Buckman & Reid, JB Hanauer & Co., UBS, Morgan Stanley, Oppenheimer and Toussaint Capital Partners in Freehold, New Jersey from June 2014 until June 2015. He has two customer disputes against him. He is currently not registered within the industry and has been suspended.
