Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Dylan Patrick Grayson, who entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Grayson is accused of using the credit card of a customer to make purchases for his own benefit. For this action, he was barred by FINRA permanently. Grayson was registered with Citigroup Global Markets in Houston, Texas from October 2007 until June 2009, Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Houston from June 2009 until November 2010, Ameriprise Financial Services in Sugarland, Texas from October 2010 to February 2012 and Merrill Lynch in Plano, Texas from February 2012 until April 2015. He has one customer dispute against him. He is not licensed within the industry and FINRA permanently barred him from acting as a broker or otherwise associating with firms that sell securities to the public.
