Mr. Jumper was recently barred by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) after he failed to respond to an investigation against him regarding allegations that he misappropriated funds from a pension plan. This is against securities rules and regulations. According to his online, FINRA BrokerCheck report, Mr. Jumper was registered previously with Duncan-Williams in Memphis, Tennessee from December 1999 until March 2002, Coastal Securities in Houston, Texas from March 2002 until July 2004, Penson Financial Services in Dallas, Texas from July 2004 until May 2006 and Samco Capital Markets in Memphis from May 2006 until August 2007.
