Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Jorge Gonzalez, a former broker with Wells Fargo advisors. Gonzalez was also a branch manager at Wells Fargo. He recently entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He was accused of participating in a conversion of funds from a bank customer account that was previously opened in contravention of the bank’s policies and funded with a check that was later connected to a fraudulent tax-return filing. This is against securities rules and regulations. For this he was barred from the securities industry. Please call us today for a free consultation with an attorney.
