Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Ken E. Stearns, the former President and controlling agent of Armared Dragon Inc. and Scott M. Salbeck, a former representative of Armared Dragon Inc. in Chicago, Illinois. In July 2010, Stearns and Salbeck allegedly solicited an Illinois investor to purchase a promissory note in the amount of $50,000. Later in the month, the investor was promised the money would be further invested, to provide millions of dollars in returns to the investor, as the men claimed. Instead of investing the money, Stearns and Salbeck used it for their own personal benefit and failed to purchase the promissory note on the investor’s behalf. This happened again on another occasion. Both men had a permanent order of prohibition against them and cannot offer or sell securities in the state of Illinois. If you invested money with Ken E. Stearns, Scott M. Salbeck or Armared Dragon Inc., you may be entitled to recover your investment losses by calling our securities law firm at 312-332-4200. We help investors recover losses on a contingency fee basis. We are based in Chicago, Illinois.
