Kenneth W. Graves, a former investment adviser in Corpus Christi was arrested on June 15^th, 2015 for fraud and other charges. Graves was most recently registered with Warren Financial Services LLC. The indictment states that Graves defrauded six clients through the sale of $420,720 in investment contracts based on his firm’s gross income. He allegedly misapplied $128,918 in unreasonable fees he charged clients. He also made unauthorized withdrawals of client funds, recommended unsuitable investments and failed to pay clients returns on investments.
