
Kenneth W. Graves, a former investment adviser in Corpus Christi was arrested on June 15th, 2015 for fraud and other charges. Graves was most recently registered with Warren Financial Services LLC. The indictment states that Graves defrauded six clients through the sale of $420,720 in investment contracts based on his firm’s gross income. He allegedly misapplied $128,918 in unreasonable fees he charged clients. He also made unauthorized withdrawals of client funds, recommended unsuitable investments and failed to pay clients returns on investments. Graves was registered with First Command Financial Planning in Corpus Christi, Texas from August 2008 until October 2010. He is not licensed within the industry. If you invested money with Kenneth W.
