Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Kevin Gunnip, a former broker with Morgan Stanley in Southlake, Texas. Gunnip allegedly recommended unsuitable stocks to his customers. One of the complaints against him made investment recommendation allegations between 2005 and 2016. It alleged damages of $200,000. A broker must only recommend suitable investments to his clients, and must take into account the client’s net worth, investment objectives, age and sophistication, among other things. If he does not, his firm may be liable for losses.

Gunnip was registered with Morgan Stanley in Fort Worth, Texas and Morgan Stanley in Southlake, Texas. He is currently registered with the firm in Southlake and has been since June 2009.
