Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Khaled Eldaher, a former registered representative with ACAP Financial. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) recently alleged that Eldaher sold customers over $300,000 of pre-IPO Facebook shares in 2012. He allegedly had an arrangement with another company that he would receive 50% of a markup on those sales. For this, he was suspended from the industry for six months and fined $15,000.

Eldaher was registered with the following firms: Thomas James Associates, AMR Securities, Bluebonnet Securities, Dallas Research & Trading, First Financial Investment Securities, Amerest Securities, Salomon Grey Financial, Shelman Securities, Barron Moore, PHD Capital and ACAP Financial in Salt Lake City, Utah from February 2011 until December 2013. He has one customer dispute against him and one criminal. He is not licensed within the industry.
