She also allegedly breached fiduciary duty, breached contract, made unsuitable recommendations, misrepresented and omitted material facts and committed fraud. According to her BrokerCheck report with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Ferrante was registered with Quick & Reilly from May 1983 until July 1984, Shepard & Vrbanac Securities in Akron, Ohio from July 1984 until April 1990, Financial America Securities in Cleveland, Ohio from April 1990 until November 1990 and L&M Financial Services in Parma, Ohio from November 1990 until February 2017. She is currently registered with Corecap Investments in Parma and has been since February 2017. She has three customer disputes against her, two of which are currently pending.
