Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Geoffrey R. Lester, a current broker with MML Investors Services. Lester entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In the AWC, it was alleged that Lester put his name as a broker of record on three customer’s variable annuity applications, even though he did not actually participate in the sales. He was awarded $8,200 in commissions. FINRA fined him $5,000 and suspended him from the industry for 10 days. Lester was registered with MML Investors in Glen Allen, Virginia since May 2001. He is currently registered with them. If you would like to sue MML Investors for failing to properly supervise Geoffrey R. Lester, please call us at 312-332-4200 to speak to an attorney.
