What Did Your Brokerage Firm or Investment Adviser Do Wrong With GWG

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) barred former J.P. Morgan Chase representative William Roldan for allegedly stealing more than $26,000 from four customers of the bank. Roldan is accused of making unauthorized ATM withdrawals from their banks accounts between July and November 2015. Twelve other JP Morgan representatives were barred from the industry this past year for alleged misconduct including check-kiting schemes and theft. Roldan was registered with Chase Investment Services in Englewood, New Jersey from May 2010 until October 2012 and JP Morgan in Englewood from October 2012 until December 2015. He is not licensed within the industry, according to his FINRA online BrokerCheck report. If you invested money with William Roldan, please contact our securities law firm in Chicago. We help investors recover their money in the FINRA arbitration forum by suing firms such as JP Morgan for failing to supervise their employees. JP Morgan can be held responsible for money losses.
