Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Peter Rembalsky, a former broker with UBS Financial Services. Mr. Rembalsky allegedly executed excessive and unsuitable trades. He also was accused of making unsuitable investments that resulted in losses, and made unsuitable investment recommendations. These are all against securities laws. Rembalsky was previously registered with Dean Witter in Purchase, New York from January 1992 until December 1995, First Union Capital Markets in Charlotte, North Carolina from December 1995 until October 1999, First Union Securities in St. Louis, Missouri from October 1999 until March 2000, UBS in Weehawken, New Jersey from March 2000 until October 2004 and Anderson & Strudwick in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania from October 2004 until April 2009. He is currently registered with Oppenheimer & Co. in Bethlehem, and has been since March 2009. He has four customer disputes against him.
