Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Ramesh Madhusudan, a broker with Raymond James because of customer complaints against him. In May 2016, a customer alleged he breached his fiduciary duty, made unsuitable investment recommendations, engaged in negligent supervision, breached contract, committed common law fraud, churned accounts and violated the Nevada Securities Act. He was also accused of misrepresenting material facts connected to an investment in a variable annuity product while he was registered with VFinance Investments. Madhusudan was registered with Aura Financial Services in Miami, Florida from August 2007 until July 2009, VFinance Investments in Miami from July 2009 until December 2012, National Securities Corp in Miami from December 2011 until July 2013 and JHS Capital Advisors in Miami from June 2013 until August 2015. He is currently registered with Raymond James in Miami and has been since August 2015. He has two customer disputes against him, one of which is currently pending.
