Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Paul Falcon, a Florida-based Aegis Capital broker. He was also accused of failing to fully explain an investment. These are all against securities laws and Falcon’s firm, Aegis Capital, can be held liable for losses on a contingency fee basis because the firm had a duty to reasonably supervise its brokers.
Falcon was registered with The Equitable Life Assurance Society, Equico Securities, GKN Securities Corp, Waterhouse Securities, Citicorp Investment Services, First Union Brokerage Services, Wachovia Securities, Allstate Financial Services, Statetrust Investments Inc. and Global Strategic Investments.
