Robert Kerrigan, a former First Financial Equity broker was recently barred from the industry by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Kerrigan allegedly breached fiduciary duty, misrepresented and omitted material facts, acted negligently and violated Arizona securities laws while registered with First Financial Equity. He also allegedly recommended unsuitable private investments, was involved in an undisclosed outside business activity and participated in undisclosed private securities transactions. These are all against securities laws. First Financial can be held responsible for investment losses you may have sustained with Robert Kerrigan. Kerrigan was registered with Cigna Securities, Incor Securities, Ernst, Diessner Securities, First Financial Equity Corp, Prime Financial Securities, M.F. Diessner Securities Corp, Intersecurities Inc. and First Financial in Scottsdale, Arizona from October 2008 until August 2015. He has six customer disputes against him, one of which is currently pending. He has been permanently barred from the industry, according to his online, Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck report.
