Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Shahida Hossain who is currently registered with RBC Capital Markets in Chicago, Illinois. Hossain voluntarily resigned from Wells Fargo after the firm “initiated a review of verbal allegations from a client that Ms. Hossain accepted a loan from the client,” and whether “she used text messages to communicate with the client for business related purposes.” She also allegedly used margin without authorization and recommended unsuitably speculative investments. This is a pending complaint against her, and all of these are against securities rules. Hossain was registered with First of Michigan Corp in Detroit, Michigan from September 1996 until February 1998, Painewebber in Weehawken, New Jersey from February 1998 until April 1999, JJB Hilliard in Louisville, Kentucky from May 1999 until December 2003 and Wells Fargo in Chicago, Illinois from November 2003 until January 2017. She is currently registered with RBC Capital Markets in Chicago and has been since December 2016. She has two customer disputes against her, one of which is currently pending.
