Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Artak Daldumyan, who recently submitted an Offer of Settlement in which he was fined $12,500 and suspended from the industry for 10 months. Daldumyan was terminated by TransAmerica Financial Advisors because of “information indicating that representative may be involved in unapproved activity outside of his association with the firm. An internal review conducted by the firm determined that representative had participated in unapproved outside business activities and unapproved private securities transactions and unapproved personal investments.” Allegedly Daldumyan failed to timely disclose his private securities transactions to his member firm. He also made personal investments in a real estate limited liability company and a private placement in a small, local bank and did not disclose this in writing to his member firm. He subsequently became a member of the board of the directors of the bank.

Artake Daldumyan was registered with WMA Securities in Duluth, Georgia from November 1996 until April 2002, World Group Securities in Glendale, California from April 2002 until January 2012 and TransAmerica Financial Advisors, also in Glendale, from January 2012 until August 2012. He is not currently registered with any firm and is not licensed. If you had investment losses with Artak Daldumyan, his former firm, TransAmerica, can be sued for financial losses.
