Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Jonathan Spencer Williams, who was recently barred from the securities industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Williams was a former broker with NYLife Securities, and the firm fired him after allegations that he altered bank records. The firm also alleged that he comingled customer funds. Williams was registered with IDS Life Insurance Company in Minneapolis, Minnesota from February 2000 until January 2006, Ameriprise Financial Services in Minneapolis from February 2000 until January 2006 and NYLife Securities in Timonium, Maryland from February 2006 until April 2015. He has two customer disputes against him, one of which is currently pending, according to his FINRA BrokerCheck report. He is not licensed and has been permanently barred from the industry.
