Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Michael Lambrix, a current registered broker with Commonwealth Financial in San Diego, California. According to his Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) BrokerCheck report, Lambrix is the subject of three denied customer complaints. He has been accused of making unsuitable investment recommendations, mishandling accounts, and failing to accurately advise a customer, among other violations of securities law. Lambrix was registered with FSC Securities Corporation in San Diego, California from December 2000 until July 2006, Securities Service Network in San Diego from July 2006 until September 2008 and SII Investments in San Ramon, California from September 2008 until January 2013. He is currently registered with Commonwealth Financial Network in San Diego and has been since January 2013. He has three customer disputes against him.
