Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Michael D. Rasmovich, a former registered representative with Waddell & Reed. He recently entered into a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent (AWC) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in which he was accused of exercising discretion in 80 customer accounts without obtaining proper written authorization from the customers. Allegedly, between January 2013 and January 2015, Rasmovich exercised discretion in effecting hundreds of securities transactions in 80 customer accounts. These are against securities rules and regulations. For this he was fined $10,000 and suspended from the industry for two months. Michael D. Rasmovich was registered with Waddell & Reed in Louisville, Kentucky from September 2007 until February 2015. He has one customer dispute against him, which is currently pending. He is not licensed within the industry. If you invested money with Michael Rasmovich, you may be able to sue Waddell & Reed in the FINRA arbitration forum to recover your investment losses.
