Our FINRA arbitration claims allege the Cushing oil and gas investments were unsuitable and inappropriate for our clients based off of their advanced age, investment objectives and other related factors. Brokers at Ameriprise have an obligation to make certain all recommendations are suitable and appropriate for clients and the true risks are reasonably disclosed. Cushing oil and gas was a very high risk investment that wasn’t suitable for many clients.
