Dillard was accused of recommending unsuitable investments, recommending unsuitable equity investments and unsuitably recommending an investment in a hedge fund. Dillard was previously registered with Prudential-Bache Securities in New York, New York from February 1988 until December 1990, Sutro & Co. in San Francisco, California from December 1990 until July 1996, Citigroup in New York from July 1996 until December 2004, Morgan Stanley in Tucson, Arizona from December 2004 until April 2007, Morgan Stanley in Tucson from April 2007 until June 2009 and Morgan Stanley in Tucson from June 2009 until September 2015. He is currently registered with Wells Fargo in Tucson and has been since August 2015. He has six customer disputes against him, three of which are currently pending.
