Stoltmann Law Offices is investigating Troy Baldridge, a former registered investment advisor with Capitol Securities Management. Baldridge pleaded guilty in December 2016 to mail fraud. He allegedly transferred funds from client accounts into his own account and forged client signatures from September 2011 until July 2016. Many of his victims were elderly and retirees. He was permanently barred from the industry by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for his actions. He was previously registered with IDS Life Insurance Company, American Express, Branch, Cabell & Co., Tucker Anthony Inc., RBC Dain Rauscher, Anderson & Strudwick, and Capitol Securities in Glen Allen, Virginia from May 2011 until August 2016.
