The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) recently sanctioned Armando Fernandez, a registered representative with Morgan Stanley in Miami Beach, Florida. He has been accused of churning accounts, misrepresenting material facts, committing fraud, acting negligently, executing unauthorized purchases of an exchange-traded fund, and breaching contract among other things. He was recently alleged to have mismarked order tickets as solicited when the trades were in fact, solicited, causing his firm, Morgan Stanley, to maintain inaccurate books and records.
