Vincent Payne was suspended from the industry for six months after he allegedly “forged insurance customer signatures for at least three customers on at least three Memorandums of insurance and Subscription Agreements.” In 2015, he was terminated from his position at Farmers Financial Solutions following allegations he forged signatures in his capacity as an insurance agent. These are against securities laws. Payne was previously registered with Farmers Financial Solutions in Woodland, California from June 2012 until March 2015. He is currently suspended from the industry, according to his FINRA BrokerCheck report.
